First Education Company (FEC) was established in the year 2005 with authorized and paid up capital of KD 15 million with an objective of creating opportunities, for institutional investors and high net worth clients, in the education sector by establishing and managing private universities, schools, institutes and training centers. The objective is also to invest in education related activities like investing in educational facilities, student accommodation, libraries etc.
The shareholders of FEC include well respected and reputable Kuwaiti and regional institutions and individuals.
